Lodestone can assist with all aspects of art installation. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
• We determine what the scope of work will be.
• We provide a quote with the full price, no surprises and full clarity.
• Once confirmed, we schedule the appointment for the work.
• We call to confirm on the day before the scheduled appointment.
• We call en-route on the day of the scheduled appointment.
• We arrive 5 - 10 minutes early
• Once we arrive, we meet and greet.
• We survey the needs of the client and explain any special tasks or information.
• Conduct the installation work
• Keep our tools and equipment neat and tidy and away from all fragile items, surfaces, and floors.
• Once work is complete we inspect the work with the client to insure everything is perfect.
• Make adjustments as needed.
• Once the client is happy with the completed work, we accept payment.
• Expect a follow-up message and review request.
